This is so wrong... I don't even know where to begin. The article describes this as an alternative to stuffing your pets. Why don't people just take a picture and remember their pets? If these individuals were married, would they stuff their mates? [via]

It looks as if the actual link is down, but the idea is just wrong (then again, taxidermy is scary as hell).

Partitioning personality...

Two blogs makes sense to keep me in here and my thoughts somewhere else. I have wasted time today... searched pointlessly for things I have not yet found. Someday I may come across something beautiful (and, with a shape and structure I do not yet know) that will be it... and then everyhting will fall into place and I will hit a new level of generativity. Not that I need something to create... it is just easier to search outside of onesself for your muse than to be it yourself.

This is probably the great divide that separates those that do and those who could, yet never start. I would prefer to be the one that is doing... or perhaps done.

Time to cut the crusty mop atop my noggin'... it will look good for a week, then steer towards the unpleasant tangle that perches on my head... ready to strike.

Speaking of perches... I expect the return of my nemesises the crows soon... darkening the sky with their obsidian forms... flapping and cawing, causing anxiety for those that witness their presence. Sitting, watching, generally just eating and making people nervous.
